The Televerse #356- Spotlight on Luke Cage Season 2

It’s been another challenging week in reality; thankfully TV gave us plenty of compelling and cathartic viewing to help escape and process it, as needed. We start out by talking through our week in TV, including the finale of RuPaul’s Drag Race, more captivating episodes of Pose and Dietland, the best episode yet of The Break with Michelle Wolf, a disappointing Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger, and the ever-reliable DuckTales. Noel also gives a spoiler-free preview of GLOW season two and reports on The Hollow season one. Then we dive deep on Luke Cage season two, looking at what makes a good season of Netflix’s superhero series, what’s coming next, and the overall amazingness that is Alfre Woodard.
