The Televerse #302- Spotlight on Hell on Earth: The Fall of Syria and the Rise of ISIS

Kate is slacking once again, so for the second week in a row, The Televerse presents a reasonably-sized episode of TV talk. A few more weeks of this, and Noel will never go back to our marathon sessions! We kick things off this week with our weeks in comedy and reality, including the finales of Angie Tribeca and Bob’s Burgers, a guest star-filled Veep, an intergalactic Last Week Tonight with John  Oliver, a beauty-centered The Carmichael Show, and this season’s antepenultimate RuPaul’s Drag Race. Next up are the genre and drama offerings, with Noel taking point and giving his thoughts on the premiere of TNT’s Claws, season five of Orange is the New Black, and new episodes of American Gods and iZombie, before Kate joins back in to discuss the season two premiere of Wynonna Earp. Then to round out the podcast, we change things up a bit by spotlighting National Geographic’s gripping and informative documentary, Hell on Earth: The Fall of Syria and the Rise of ISIS.
