If you’ve been following along this far, chances are you don’t hate Hannibal (or This Is Our Design, hopefully). For those on the fence about whether this is a truly excellent series, we present “Sorbet,” that one episode that rocked your socks off last year back when it was still acceptable to say “rocked your socks off” (for those keeping track, that’s incorrect; it’s not been acceptable for over a decade).

Join in and listen to co-hosts Sean Colletti and Kate Kulzick as they are joined by the fabulous Molly Eichel, whose reviews of Hannibal you’ve probably already read at The A.V. Club. There’s a lot to break down here, including some in-depth thoughts on the man himself, Hannibal Lecter. But also prepare for an extra detailed “Kate’s Classical Corner” in addition to “The Devil in the Details” and “Spoiled Meat,” which have been taking the universe by storm. Or so we’d like to think. Feel free to join in the conversation by leaving a comment.

Spoiled Meat: 1:03:25–1:09:40
